We are currently seeking talented and experienced craftspeople to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for construction, along with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. As a Craftsperson, you will be responsible for various tasks, including but not limited to:
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Selecting materials and tools required for each project
- Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood, plastic, fiberglass, or drywall
- Constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to client satisfaction
- Adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all time
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Craftsperson
- Must have integrity
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
